We take pride in our ability to deliver our breakaways to you without, well....breaking away!
However, in the event that some of your order arrives prematurely damaged, just notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will either send a free replacement for the damaged item* or issue a coupon for the value of the damaged item*.

*Replacements and credits/coupons are limited to a maximum of twenty-five (25) percent of entire order value.
For free replacements, all we ask is that you cover shipping cost.
